Optimizing framerate: physics and tweens
Marcos' Mysterious Maze » Devlog
In this video I further optimize the framerate by disabling some of the physics features and pausing/unpausing some animations at appropriate times. I manage to load 2500 levels faster, and at a smooth 60 fps. Not that the game will show so many levels simultaneously, but as a proof of concept it's nice.
